I can't believe I did it. 95 miles for this month. That's the most I have done in one month with 46 of them being the last two weeks!!

I added no miles today (a summer cold is beating the tar out of me) but I ended the month with just about 70 miles. I'm pretty pleaased with that total.

This is how I have track miles for different things in the past. You can chose to go by this or not, This is just a fun challenge. Nothing set in stone here.

For Walk/Running 1 mile = 1 mile
For other things such as biking, elliptical and swimming 15 minutes = 1 mile.
You can also use this for walking if you don't have a way to track mileage. If you are outside you can track your walk/run/bike with the mile tracker on your tracking page and don't have anyother way of knowing.

I use a pedometer when i go walking it tracks my steps that I take for every 2000 steps = 1 mile . I try to walk 3 + miles a day

I have never set a mileage goal. Is walking and running the only things used for miles? I use the stair climber (not often, emoticon ), elliptical, bike and the treadmill for cardio.

For this month we are going to set our own mileage goal. look at the past couple of months of your mile tracking and set your own goal. Make it realistic but challenge yourself. If you did 55 miles for the whole month of July how about you aim for 60 or 65 this month? You can use this template or just keep track of your own...
