Please forgive me but I am recycling past challenges. This one seemed to be pretty popular and it is really hard coming up with these challenges to keep everyone involved and excited! LOL I am adding a bonus point this time so here we go!

Exercise Tracking
Here's how this one works:

Points are awarded per day as follows:
* track between 0-29 minutes of exercise for 1 pt (per day)
* track between 30-59 minutes of exercise for 2 pts (per day)
* track between 60-89 minutes of exercise for 3 pts (per day)
* track 90+ minutes of exercise for 4 pts (per day)
**BONUS** 1 pt (per day) awarded for trying a new exercise that you have never done before. That can be a new exercise class, DVD at home, trying a video on SP or YouTube.

Exercise calories can be counted in a variety of ways -- just pick one (or a combination) and stick with it. Suggestions include:
* SparkPeople's fitness tracker
* heart rate monitor/Garmin
* treadmill/elliptical/bike display
* an alternate website

For example, if you do 60 mintues on a cardio machine at the gym and you don't have a HRM, use the calories that the machine tells you. But feel free to use the external website for your non-treadmill walking and ST. Please remember that there are a lot of factors that contribute to how many calories one person burns doing any particular activity, and this is not a contest to see who can burn the most calories -- just a challenge to practice tracking our exercise calories. We earn our points for the act of tracking, not for the number of calories burned.

You ARE encouraged to take at LEAST one rest day on cardio!
