I CAN! No Excuses (“I can’t do it by myself!”)
Are you feeling alone in your efforts? Feel like there is no support for you? Guess what? The best support system lies right within you! This weeks challenge is working toward being your own life coach. You will decide on your own goals. Consider carefully. The goals you set should be doable, but also challenge you. In order to be awarded any points, you must post to the thread what you have chosen for your goals. You may do this anytime during the challenge. I am encouraging you all to come back to the team and let us know EACH DAY what your goal is. You will receive 5 points for each goal you meet each day. If you complete all four goals for one day, you receive a bonus of 5 more points. Max each day: 25 points. Your goal CAN change each day, as the week goes on you will see what you need to improve or what isn't challenging enough.
