Sorry for the delay in posting a new challenge and we hope that you've enjoyed your journey so far. This is a 10-day challenge beginning tomorrow. Simply get in 300 fitness minutes over the next 10-days. This equates to only 30 minutes each day. The exercises that you do is totally up to you. If you are participating in the monthly challenge, you can add the fitness minute time from that activity to this challenge. For those of you who participate in this challenge will be rewarded with bragging rights and a team Spark Goodie. Good luck, and for any newbies, please check with your doctor before starting any new fitness program. We don't want you to hurt yourself. Below is a template to copy and paste to use to track your fitness minute time.
