You may want to try the "Crunch Challenge" for a week. If you like it you can continue with it. Here is the offical website for two hundred sit up challenge. you can just follow the guidelines but do crunches instead of full sit ups. www.twohundredsitups.com/ I did the push up challenge (boy did I HATE push ups) and it grows on you!
My challenge is to do stomach crunches every other day. I am good about swimming 3x a week, but I don't like doing crunches but my waist will thank me if I do them. And I'm going to try to somehow get more folate into my diet - any suggestions?
