Points are awarded at 1 point per minute, with a maximum of 90 points for five days and no maximum on the other two.
I don't have any problems tracking meals so would like to repeat last week's challenge because it helped me up my exercise minutes by over 30%!
Weekly Challenge: Simply Minutes M: 40 mins elliptical this AM, 50 mins treadmill in PM = 90 minutes T: 60 mins barre class, 15 mins walk, 10 mins walk = 85 mins W: 40 mins elliptical = 40 mins Th: 140 mins walk, 10 mins stretch = 150 mins F: walk/run this AM for 60 minutes, Sa:walk/run 180 minutes, stretch 15 mins = 195 mins Su: 60 mins barre class, 35 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretch = 105 mins Total: 710 mins

It has been a couple months since you all have started on SP so I thought this would be a good challenge!
Weekly Challenge: Tracking One at a Time
We're going to get back to basics with tracking. This might be a refresher for some or brand new for others, but hopefully the flexibility of this challenge will encourage you to START here with your fellow teammates.
Each team member will earn 1 point for each meal tracked per day, plus 1 point for snacks (or all other non-meal food and drinks) for a maximum of 4 points per day. Points are awarded for tracking (which includes weighing and measuring) but not staying in your range. If you stay in your range thats great, but for this challenge you will earn points just for tracking. If you don't use SP to track your food that's OK, track your meals/snacks as you normally do and still earn the same points.
Example #1: youre new to tracking altogether or usually don't track on weekends and want to start really slow and just track breakfasts you will earn 7 points for breakfasts tracked
Example #2: you already track consistently but miss one meal on one day you earn 27 points for the week
