Points are awarded at 1 point per minute, with a maximum of 90 points for five days and no maximum on the other two.
I don't have any problems tracking meals so would like to repeat last week's challenge because it helped me up my exercise minutes by over 30%!
Weekly Challenge: Simply Minutes
M: 40 mins elliptical this AM, 50 mins treadmill in PM = 90 minutes
T: 60 mins barre class, 15 mins walk, 10 mins walk = 85 mins
W: 40 mins elliptical = 40 mins
Th: 140 mins walk, 10 mins stretch = 150 mins
F: walk/run this AM for 60 minutes,
Sa:walk/run 180 minutes, stretch 15 mins = 195 mins
Su: 60 mins barre class, 35 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretch = 105 mins
Total: 710 mins
