I really don't know what to count besides my actual fitness minutes. My job is physical (it seems this week has been more physical than most) but it is not constant physical activity like cardio. I am standing, walking back & forth, squatting, bending & lifting for 5-6 hours a day. I can figure pretty closely how many times I squatted down today, but it is not the same as doing squats for strength. I can't even imagine how to track the walking I do... (okay, yeah, I could get a pedometer, I suppose)

I would like to contribute much of my calorie burning this week to our master bathroom remodel and the just over 1 acre of some grass/mostly weeds that has to be mowed with a weed eater. Our mower started spewing oil and smoking, so we've decided to let it RIP. Unfortunately, I have family coming this weekend and we won't be able to get a replacement mower until next weekend. My forearms are going to look like Popeye's by the end of the week! LOL

Everyone is doing grest thos week! Remember these are ANY minutes that arehealthy, not just workouts! Do any gardening? Mowing? Did you walk to the store instead of drive? All of these can be tracked and counted!

You would be amazed at what is on your Exercise Tracking page so here is a way to find out!

Simply Minutes

This week's challenge is called Simply Minutes and it's simple -- count your activity minutes!

Our maximum number of minutes we can count will be 90, but we can each have two days with no maximum. So if you're planning a day with more than 90 minutes of activity (like a half marathon!), you can use your no-max day to count those minutes.

For this challenge we can count ANY activity that is beneficial to your health -- walking counts, gardening counts, painting your daughter's bedroom counts. As long as you feel that the activity offered either a cardio, ST or stretching benefit, you can count it! Just be honest with yourself, as always!

Points are awarded at 1 point per minute, with a maximum of 90 points for five days and no maximum on the other two.

Remember to take at least one rest day with cardio but since this is anything beneficial to your health you can get points everyday!
