Some of the snacks that help me are usually high protein low carb, with the exception of popcorn (great fiber, low calorie), I eat a lot of fresh fruits, 1 cup of berries serves as two servings, and generally have good carbs and natural sugars.
Another thing you might want to include are almonds, humus and fresh veggies.
Also the more you avoid those items that will lead to a binge, the less the temptation will be to eat those those foods anymore.
