How's this for a new and challenging challenge emoticon

Keeping us accountable has proven to help people stay on track. By posting on the team or blogging ( which ever you prefer) this action has the reaction of keeping us accountable and aware of our actions. emoticon

I know that for me when I have eating something I shouldn't have or went over my calories I feel bad about it and most of the time I don't feel like sharing that info. But I push myself to do exactly that, and post. This way I get support and find the strength to do better and improve myself.

So this is what I'm suggesting we do.
Keeping ourselves ACCOUNTABLE
