My goal for april is to be at 169 lbs, current weight is 174.8 lbs as I am staying within my calorie range, hard to stay in fat range they have me on since that is such a low number and everything has fat so trying to find more fruit type things at least for snacks. I do eat salads a lot, but I need to find a lower calorie or fat part of the dressing as maybe my dressing is causing too much fat. At work I have switched to getting TV dinners that are lean which is way better than all the deep fried stuff at our cafe at our work and those dinners I notice I've gotten since healthier ones are 300 calories or less. Some days I'll eat peanut butter and jelly sandwich at work too, not high in calories as I know too many TV dinners is bad, they are high in sodium.
