I have been thinking about a new way to keep us motivated and at the same time accountable.
A sparkfriend has told me about her experiences with keeping a streak alive. She has had enormous success with this.
So I thought I would post a challenge about keeping a streak.
You can pick anything to streak...but it should be something challenging, something that you are struggling with. And by posting everyday you will be keeping yourself accountable for your streak.
- Calorie Intake
- exercising 3 times a week or more
- water intake
- Quitting smoking
- More fruits and/or veggies
- Sleeping 8 hours per night
- not eating any chocolate ( or no sweets)
- walking 10 000 steps / or 5 miles per day
It could be anything, you pick and lets see how long we can keep our streak alive.
