I will be changing my streak. Tracking my calories and staying within rang is for me the most important thing to track, but with this nasty cold. Its been really hard to track, cause I don't really eat enough each day. I can't taste my food so I have no desire to eat. But I have been forcing myself to eat so that my body doesn't fall into starvation mode.

So for the rest of the month of March I have decided that my streak will be to drink enough water each day.

I have been thinking about a new way to keep us motivated and at the same time accountable.
A sparkfriend has told me about her experiences with keeping a streak alive. She has had enormous success with this.
So I thought I would post a challenge about keeping a streak.

You can pick anything to streak...but it should be something challenging, something that you are struggling with. And by posting everyday you will be keeping yourself accountable for your streak.

EX:

- Calorie Intake
- exercising 3 times a week or more
- water intake
- Quitting smoking
- More fruits and/or veggies
- Sleeping 8 hours per night
- not eating any chocolate ( or no sweets)
- walking 10 000 steps / or 5 miles per day
- etc......

It could be anything, you pick and lets see how long we can keep our streak alive.
