February goals:

1. stay in my calorie range -- Done mostly
2. lose at least 3 lbs (still have 20 until my final goal) - lost the 2 lbs I gained during BL Challenge
3. Cardio 5 times per week - Failed but still working on this
4. ST at least 3 times per week - Failed, but still working on this

2--eat in calorie range every day this month (well besides feb 1--too late for that)
3--8 cups water daily
4--5 freggies daily
5--no binge eating
6--10 steps a day 6/7 days a week starting 2/4
