I kind of lost sight of some of these goals. I think next time i'm going to have fewer and more specific monthly goals to make it easier to focus on them. Plus being sick the last week and half didn't help any. Well, let's see how I did.
1--yes still tracking all food!
2--CW 144.8, so i did lose 5 lbs!
3--yes to the Christmas lights, loved them!
4--pretty close to being ready early. Some stuff arrived late though (still waiting on a few things =()
5--didn't make it 6 days a week, but I did okay.
6--I really had trouble getting enough water. Will probably focus more on this one.
7--haven't started doing extra arms ST yet. Probably another on I'll focus on.
Need to finalize my goals for next year and for next month.
1--Continue tracking my food and fitness daily to keep up my streak
2--lose 5 lbs (SW 150.6, GW by Dec 31: 145.6)
3--put Christmas lights on my house (I've never had them before)
4--be finished shopping and ready for Christmas at least a week before Christmas Eve)
5--10k steps/day 6 days a week
6--8 cups water every day
7--Do extra ST for arms at least 1x/week
Goal weight by March 25, 2013
1-2 pounds a week!
