Here are my goals for November:

1--continue my food tracking streak, even if I can't do it perfectly emoticon
2--at least 2000 fitness minutes in November emoticon
3--Yoga 1-2 times a week and other ST 1-2 times a week emoticon
4--lose 5 lbs (SW 157.2) (EW 150.6) emoticon
5--no binge eating emoticon
6--5 freggies/day emoticon emoticon
7--work on one of my "finish by the end of the year projects" 5x/ week for 15 minutes/time. emoticon

We'll see how those go.

My November goals are:

1) Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes twice a day, every day
2) Eat breakfast every day, even if only a slice of toast.
