My Goals for October:

Week 3
1--I tracked my food, even on the days when i ate WAY too much
2--I did cardio 4 days
3--I did ST 3 days!!
4--done
5--I was on the brink of a binge eating, but managed to stop it
6--got 5 freggies all but a few days
7--this one I'm still not managing very well. Did 3 days.

1--continue my food tracking streak, even if I can't do it perfectly
2--cardio 6 days a week, at least 15 minutes
3--ST 3 days a week
4--lose 5 lbs (SW 165.4)
5--no binge eating
6--5 freggies/day
7--take at least 1 minute/day to deep breathe/meditate/destress

Week 1
1--I tracked 7 days!
2--I only did 3 days of cardio, this needs improvement
3--I only did 1 day of ST, definitely needs improvement
4--in progress...
5--borderline bingeing, I don't count it as full bingeing, because I stopped and I tracked. This is progress from how it would have gone in the past =)
6--i got 5 freggies a day!
7--I only remembered to do this 3 times (I think) I need to remember to include this in my day.

My goals for October:

* Lose 5 pounds by my Birthday. If not by then, then by the end of the month! emoticon
* Exercise 5 days a week, but 6-7 if possible. emoticon
* Drink all 8 glasses of water each day, but shooting for 10 would be even better! emoticon
* Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies each day. emoticon
* Get back to not eating after 7 -7:30 every night! (This works wonders for me when I can do it) emoticon
