This month hasnt' been perfect but it's been good enough. I think I mostly met my goals, and have improved a lot in these areas.

My September goals are:

1--track my food daily, even if I can't do it perfectly
2--cardio 6 days a week
3--ST 3 days a week
4--lose 5 lbs (SW 172.8)
5--no binge eating

Week 4
1--I tracked my food daily!
2--I did cardio 5 days
3--I did ST2 days
4--CW 165.4 I lost 7 lbs!!
5--wow! I can't believe I have done no binge eating in September!!!!!

Week 3
1--I tracked daily!
2--I did cardio 6 days!
3--I did ST only 2 days =4--I lost 5 lbs! (CW 167)
5--I didn't binge eat at all!

Week 2
1--I tracked daily!
2--I did cardio 6 days!
3--I did ST 3 days!
4--not yet, but I'm on my way!
5--no binge eating this week--although it came close at a game party!

Week 1
1--I did track my food daily!
2--I did cardio 6 days!
3--I did ST only 2 days....
4--not yet, but there's still time!
5--I didn't binge eat at all!!

Overall happy with my progress on my goals. Will try to get in 3 ST this week and keep at 'em. Good luck and well done all!

I reached my Goals for September. I did not think I would accomplish it so soon; however, I stayed with it and I'm in the 150's and eating three servings of freggies

Wow only 1 more week! I really hope that these habits I'm forming will become a permanent part of my life. Cant' wait to set the goals for next month!

My September goals are:

1--track my food daily, even if I can't do it perfectly
2--cardio 6 days a week
3--ST 3 days a week
4--lose 5 lbs (SW 172.8)
5--no binge eating

Week 3
1--I tracked daily!
2--I did cardio 6 days!
3--I did ST only 2 days =4--I lost 5 lbs! (CW 167)
5--I didn't binge eat at all!

Week 2

2--I did cardio 6 days!
3--I did ST 3 days!
4--not yet, but I'm on my way!

Doing well and even though the scale isn't moving fast, I'm still working out and will reach my goal. I'm getting in more fruit and almost had my goal until monthly water weight.

I've been there and its hard to add food to your routine when your used to just coffee. I started by adding 1 fruit and then gradually added more.

1) Drop 5 lbs and keep it off
2) Be consistant with my exercise
3) Eat breakfast every day, even if it's only a slice of whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter on it.

1- cut down on sodium
2- cut out the cream in my coffee, will be putting skim milk from now on emoticon
