Unfortunately, I will be saying no to my normal elliptical workout today emoticon I seemed to have really hurt my foot durning my 4 mile walk around the track last night. I have it wrapped, and I am trying to stay off of it as much as possible today. I want to be able to do my walk tomorrow evening..... It is supposed to be a beautiful day!

my mini goals are no second helpings even though i might think i want them.

and my TOPS group that i belong too has a food exchange plan and i've started to follow it, there are 6 food groups and since starches are my down fall i have really been trying to stay within the number of starches that i am allowed, which is 5 - 6 starches a day.
