Unfortunately, I will be saying no to my normal elliptical workout today emoticonI seemed to have really hurt my foot durning my 4 mile walk around the track last night. my mini goals are no second helpings even though i might think i want them.

and my TOPS group that i belong too has a food exchange plan and i've started to follow it, there are 6 food groups and since starches are my down fall i have really been trying to stay within the number of starches that i am allowed, which is 5 - 6 starches a day.
