The biggest change for me is my carbs. Bread and potatoes where my favourate food. Now i don't eat potatoes at all and bread is a one off.

Well, this is my second time around with Sparkpeople. I started in 2008 and fell off the wagon, so to speak, until June 18, 2012. So, since that date, I have lost a little over 25 pounds, 14 total inches in the first month (my second month measuring is coming up this Sat). I feel awesome, motivated, and actually I feel like I am in the best shape that I have been in say, the last 25 years or so. emoticon

A lot has changed

Dropped from size 26/28 to 14/16
Can walk stairs without huffing and puffing
I can ride my bike almost as far as I want
I feel good
My choesterol is in the normal range.
My Blood Sugar is no longer pre-diabetic
