Did you know that 10 000 steps a day = 3 to 5 miles. Or 30 - 60 minutes of moderate exercise.
Also, walking 2000 steps = approximately 100 burned calories.
Some of us might already know this, but I felt the need to share it. SO for those who can't exercise, because of medical or any other health problems. Remember that a few steps a day can really make a difference.
