I am due a reward for 110 pounds lost. Not sure what to get. I am thinking some cute Pj's. Mine are so big they are falling off (a nice problem to have)

To reach my ultimate goal I'd need to lose 116 lbs. But for now I'm just working on 56 lbs to get below 200 lbs. So I figure if I reward myself every 25 lbs then that'll be good motivation.

I give small rewards for every 10 pounds. I have bigger rewards for big milestones.
(100 pounds was a GPS/HRM Motoactv)

I need to give small rewards because I have so much to lose. I want to focus on 10 pounds at a time. It is more manageable.

I always make sure to reward myself when I reach a goal.

In 2 week I will be buying myself a new iPhone if I reach my goal of losing 6 pounds. emoticon
