Ever feel that your body isn't being reactive to your exercises anymore?
We have all hit a bump in the road to a fitter and healthier us. I have noticed that if you are not losing inches or pounds, you should kick it up a notch. Run an extra miles, walked an extra mile, add 1 or two more pounds to weight training, add a few more rep to your already existing routine. Or if you can't add anymore weights than try cutting a few calories during the week and this will also help you lose some weight.
