Well I did it, I kicked it up a notch today, walked 8 miles instead of 7. emoticon

Another way is to ensure that you mix up what you do. Sometimes your body get so used to an exercise that it really doesnt "respond" the way it used to. so mix it up or rev it up

Ever feel that your body isn't being reactive to your exercises anymore?

We have all hit a bump in the road to a fitter and healthier us. I have noticed that if you are not losing inches or pounds, you should kick it up a notch. Run an extra miles, walked an extra mile, add 1 or two more pounds to weight training, add a few more rep to your already existing routine. Or if you can't add anymore weights than try cutting a few calories during the week and this will also help you lose some weight.
