Okay this is going to sound silly, but I know that when I step on the scale in the morning it will be less that if I weigh later and knowwing that I weigh a little less kind of gets me excited about working out.

I had been losing interest in my morning runs for a couple of weeks, but since I have bought myself a new outfit that doesn't fit properly anymore I have been running again. I really want to wear this for my friends wedding!!!!
We all have been there. That first look/ glance of ourselves in the bathroom mirror. Even before we get that caffeine kick in our system. Finding the motivation to keep going and succeed. We all have our little tricks and strategies. I would enjoy hearing yours. They just might inspire someone.
