That's a good point. If stopping all JUNKFOOD all together is to overwhelming, then stopping one or two items is just as great.

I'm trying to figure out if I can do this or not. Maybe I will pick one or 2 particular junk foods to do away with at first? I'm not a huge junk food eater, just once in a while. I'll give it some thought. Good challenge!
