I cannot lose 15 lbs in ONE MONTH! That's one pound every 2 days. I'm 57 years old...

I would like to join this and try for 10 lbs in a month...Might that be ok???? Someone please let me know.

If so, I would start today, March 3rd and I weigh 150.

Jessy. I couldn't lose 10% of my weight in a couple of weeks if my life depended on it. I might be able to manage it over a couple of months.

I have been posting a few new challenges today, even if its only february 27...lol
Okay so here it is, how does the thought of losing 10% of your weight in the next couple of weeks sound?

For me this sounds great. So this challenge is really easy, All we need to do is check in daily and post your progress.
