Everyday walking is good as long as your number (steps) is over 5 000. Anything under is considered sedentary.

It is always best to calculate your actual fitness minutes.

I have a question about this challenge. What do you count as fitness minutes--just the time you do planned fitness activites? Or like walking around stores, housework, etc?
