Well, I have finished 4 weeks of this challenge and I'm right back where I started. but I'm not going to let it discourage me. I have loved seeing your optimistic attitude about challenging weeks and i'm going to aim for that too. It's really just feedback isn't it. And I have struggled this month with stressful things and getting off track. It's just taken me a while to get back on again.

But this is my week to get back to it. I'm doing my 100 day challenge,and it's going to help me get going again. So here's to a successful week for all, full of making great healthy choices!

I lost 10 lbs in November, But for the year had put on 20 lbs, so I'm still 10 lbs over.
I'm hoping to drop another 10 lbs in December.

Down .2 from last week, and almost back to where I was before the fateful Bunko night. I'm getting excited to be out of the 150's even though I know it might take a few weeks to get there. Especially with Thanksgiving this week. My goal this week is to lose a little, even if it's just .2. But I know if I maintain, I'll be thrilled. So, 2 weeks down and I'm down 4.6 lbs. I'll take it. I seem to go a few days on a plateau and then have a jump. The plateau days can be discouraging, I just try to remember to be consistent and hope that the jump comes soon.

Thanks ladies!

I am at 203 this week. I have to rest after thursday since I am having a medical procedure. So I hope next week I still lose even with no exercise. I may cut my calories some to make up. And eat very clean!
