Nov. 4--I didn't meet the goal yesterday. In my church, we have one Sunday a month where we fast for 2 meals, and it was yesterday. So I ate dinner at 4:30, and then I felt like I needed to get a few more calories in before I went to bed, so I ate at about 8:30 or 9. But I figure that is my one exception for the month.
