Posting a blog each day. sharing your daily success or falls. It helps to keep you aware of what you are doing right and wrong. If you over eat one day and then feel ashamed... by blogging about it will help you see your errors more clearly and why. This way no hiding anything or pushing it under a rug so to speak.

This has really helped me in the last couple of days.

What does the blogging mean? Do you write a blog every day? I really wanted to do the bikini challenge, but then my gym added yoga MOn and WEd. and Zumba sentau which includes strength, on Friday. So i just don't need it right now. It was a great idea though =)

So is this one--this'll be great! thanks for coming up with it.

Well I realized that maybe the bikini challenge was not really working for everybody.
And then I noticed what really works for most of us.
A challenge that will keep us accountable. With smaller, realistic goals.
How does this sound....

We will meet here once a day and posted our progress.
