Well here it is. I have decided to add some spice to our regular workouts. Below you will find a link that will bring you to sparkpeoples cardio workout videos.
This weeks challenge will be to add an extra cardio workout to our exercise routine. You may add which ever workout fits you best. You may also alternate workouts throughout the week, this will keep you body guessing.
