Well here it is ladies. Below is a link that will bring you directly to the official sparkpeople strength training exercise videos.

This week challenge will be to pick a strength training video and add it to your already exercise routine. You can pick the same one for the entire week, or a different one each day. It doesn't matter which one you pick they are all emoticon
