I live on the outskirt of town, so I walk everywhere when I can. I go to the store its a 25 minutes walk there and then another 25 minutes walk back, then I will hike in the forest for 1 or 2 hours each evening which the kids and my dog. It really fun.

Great idea. I like to use the treadmill before I do strength training or when I can't get a class in, so I do not et a lot of miles.
