I am still not doing well with this, but I am determined to get back on track and am gearing myself to that end. I think a lot of my struggle right now is the process of coming off the Cymbalta I have been on for the Fibro. It has me all messed up and feeling bad on days when I have to take it, then on the off days it takes a little to get back on track. I will jsut keep trying to do the best I can until I am off this med. Hopefully things will be better once this is done.

I was on the road all day yesterday, tired today, doctor appointment tomorrow. I will have to be creative in getting my exercise in today and tomorrow. Short burst is all that is in me today. Hope you all have a great day.
