I feel great this morning! There is a little pain in knuckles and knees but nothing major. So I plan to capitalize on that and the fact the sun is shining by riding my bike to and from the gym, where I will do ST and spend about an hour working out in the pool. Somewhere along the way I will need to stop at the grocery story and the pharmacy. I imagine we will have lunch out. I will need to be careful what I order then because supper is going to be a major calorie suck. I am making stuffed pork chops and salad because they are a favorite in our house. At some point, some actual work needs to be addressed too. There is a poem bubbling to be written down so that may take priority over work on the novel which is far from bubbling at the moment. LOL
