I haven't been running much here lately, but I have been getting my Zumba in for cardio. I plan to do my part and contribute better miles on the next challenge.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

I am doing my best to run at least 1 mile per day... however, I'm happy as long as I cover at least 40 miles (the # of days between Thanksgiving and the New Year). For instance, I didn't run on Friday, but I ran over 3.5mi on Saturday... one of those was for Friday.

I hope you ladies track your mileage & water... here's to running our way through the holiday season!

I can't pledge 1 mile a day but I just joined a challenge on the BGR! NYC facebook page to run 100 miles by 12/31. The challenge started yesterday and gives us 5 weeks. I pledge to run at least 20 miles a week AND eat healthy (stay w/in my calorie range) despite tempting foods around the holidays!

I pledge at least one mile a day. I do have another marathon coming up in December so that will take up at least 26 miles and eat up a whole lot of calories.

Finished: Walt Disney World Marathon, January 13, 2013.
Finished: Disney Princess Half, February 2013
Finished: Orange Blossom Half and 5K, March 3, 2013
Finished: Divas Half, N Myrtle Beach, April 2013

Stay fit and motivated during the busy (and calorie-filled) holiday season by pledging to run at least one mile every day, Thanksgiving through New Year's.

Pledge to run/walk at least one mile every day, from Thanksgiving (that's Thursday, November 22) through New Year's Day. Track your mileage and keep it moving!
