I am doing my best to run at least 1 mile per day... however, I'm happy as long as I cover at least 40 miles (the # of days between Thanksgiving and the New Year). For instance, I didn't run on Friday, but I ran over 3.5mi on Saturday... one of those was for Friday.

My "13 in 2013" Completed Race Categories 5k/7k/8k/10k/1/2 marathon
I can't pledge 1 mile a day but I just joined a challenge on the BGR! NYC facebook page to run 100 miles by 12/31. The challenge started yesterday and gives us 5 weeks. I pledge to run at least 20 miles a week AND eat healthy (stay w/in my calorie range) despite tempting foods around the holidays!
I pledge at least one mile a day. I do have another marathon coming up in December so that will take up at least 26 miles and eat up a whole lot of calories.
