One of our very own BGR sisters, SOOKIE, share this with me and I am sharing the challenge with the team. This could be a great way to hold yourself accoutable and keep it moving through the fall and early winter. Walk, trot, jog, run... 30 minutes a day. Who's in?
"I will join thousands of women across the country in a walking challenge! My body is a blessing and I will do my best to take care of it. This is a special challenge. For 40 days straight, I pledge to walk for at least 30 minutes. I will stay in the loop, read correspondence and share good news with the movement! We begin walking October 14th and finish on Thanksgiving Day!
