EXCUSES ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT IT BAD ENOUGH!
As a team, we have the following COLLECTIVE goals for the month of August. As we strive to accomplish our personal goals, our tracking efforts will contribute to the success of our team goals.
Having said that, our August team goals are:
1, 200 glasses of water AND at least 1/2 of the team tracking this goal: Water is a MAJOR aspect of health & fitness. We have to keep our bodies hydrated, so drink at least eight (8) glasses a day.
7, 500 fitness minutes: Most of us will exceed 500 minutes before the middle of the month, while others may need the entire month... What matters is that we actually keep our bodies moving. Dancing, bicycling, skating, and walking/running are just a few ways to accomplish this goal... Strength train at least once per week (upper-core-lower)
Walk/run 250 miles: If we commit to at least 7 miles per week, you will be surprised at how far we will go.... literally. Join & complete at least one (1) Sparkpeople Virtual Run.
2,500 SparkPoints: We will attain this goal because we log in and spin, track our goals, utilize the SparkCommunity resources and support one another on a daily basis.
So, WHO WILL BE THE CATEGORY LEADERS FOR OUR AUGUST CHALLENGE? YOU have the potential to lead in any of the categories, so go for it!
