Yes...I think we forget how important it is to also strength train! Cardio is great and serves a true purpose but we cannot leave out strength training. We gotta get those muscles working. More muscle boosts our metabolism and helps towards our continuing efforts in losing weight.
I suggest spending 10-20mins doing one of the following option:
2 sets of 8 reps with 5lb dumbbells (beginners)
3 sets of 8 reps with 5lb dumbbells (intermediate)
3 sets of 8 reps with 8lb dumbbells (advanced)
Of course you can adjust all of the numbers above!
