Thank you for posting this link. My husband and I just purchased some running shoes and I'm really looking forward to diving into it and seeing results. I began walking the end of September and have not lost much weight, although I progressed to a walk/jog workout. I was so afraid to not workout that at first I didn't want to take a day off for fear of not being able to commit until I made it my routine. My longest streak was 36 days.
I became discouraged a little although I never wanted to admit it. Anyway, I always feel quilty for not getting up and trying to walk. So, now I have a renewed vigor to continue becoming a runner and this information will help me to be balanced and get the results I've been looking for.
I am holding myself accountable for my unhealthy life. I will conquer and become healthy.
