Today, one of my BGR! team leaders asked me if I wanted to lead a run through my neighborhood. The route has lots of hills and is the distance of a 5k. Its the same 5K I ran on Memorial Day.... only , this time I was a totally different runner.

1. I jogged 40 minutesl We walked 5 minutes to warm up, and 5 minutes after the 1 miles marker, the rest of the way I jogged!

2. I did not feel like I was going to vomit or have my heart pound through my chest/break my ribs.

3. I jogged up the hill that made me rethink my participation in 5K events.
