Great Post...your goals are a lot like mines!!!

Continue to:

1) Track daily ALL foods
2) Drink 9+ glasses of water
3) Jog 12-15mi a week
4) Strength train 3x a week w/ an increase in reps!!! I really need to build more muscle emoticon
5) COOK COOK and COOK my OWN food

MOST OF ALL... emoticon emoticon lose 5-8lbs emoticon emoticon

AUGUST GOALS:
emoticon 10 glasses of water/day emoticon
emoticon Walk/run at least 7 miles per week emoticon
emoticon Strength training at least 2x/week emoticon
emoticon Track my food daily & purpose myself to stay within limits emoticon
emoticon Use my juicer at least once per week (fresh vegetable/fruit juice) emoticon
emoticon Use my hand blender at least once per week (smoothies) emoticon

emoticon Lose and inch from my waist, hips, and thighs emoticon
emoticon Lower my resting heart rate emoticon
emoticon Shed at least 5 lbs emoticon
