Ok Team. I know that we are already into day 8 of November, but it's never to late to start and waiting for December is not an option!
Here is November's Challenge:
Plain and Simple - List the Superfoods that you eat everyday and you will get 1 point for each food. For those who want to participate, we will have totals in a separate thread for everyone to see. This will be a trial to see how it goes and if we have any participation. Be thinking of ideas, changes, additions, to the December changes and let me know what you think. I hope to have group input.
The prize! Yes there will be a real prize. I just happen to have extra copies of the books. The winner will recieve a copy of their choice of SuperFood Book 1 OR Book 2. If the winner happens to have both books, I will give you some alternate choices. The winner will have to SparkMail me an address where I can send the book to.
Have fun and start eating those SUPERFOODS!
Why am I doing this? Because I need you guys and this team to keep my accountable to my own program. If I do this for you, that you do so much more for me by making me check in DAILY and see and/or chart where everyone is at in their challenge.
My goal is to have a fun, healthy, place to relax, team!!!
