Wednesday - orange juice, tomato, avocado, pumpkin, tea
Thursday - turkey, sweet potato, cranberries, green beans, pumpkin, tea
Friday - yogurt, soynuts, turkey, green beans, cranberries, tea

Yesterday I had yogurt, orange juice, cabbage, peanuts, and tea.
Today I had tea and Curves cereal which has whole grains and lots of fiber.

Yes, the Tea Counts and the Garlic counts as long as it's freshly chopped and not a power or salt. Garlic works as an antibiotic and a few other disease fighters, but I can't remember off the top of my head right now. I can look it up if anyone wants to know more.

I had apple berry herbal tea and wheat toast at breakfast
I had brown rice and garlic in my lunch.
I haven't been concentrating on what I eat lately so I need to start doing that again. So you don't have to count everything I don't know if the tea and garlic count?emoticon

Ok Team. I know that we are already into day 8 of November, but it's never to late to start and waiting for December is not an option!

Here is November's Challenge:

Plain and Simple - List the Superfoods that you eat everyday and you will get 1 point for each food. For those who want to participate, we will have totals in a separate thread for everyone to see. This will be a trial to see how it goes and if we have any participation. Be thinking of ideas, changes, additions, to the December changes and let me know what you think. I hope to have group input.

The prize! Yes there will be a real prize. I just happen to have extra copies of the books. The winner will recieve a copy of their choice of SuperFood Book 1 OR Book 2. If the winner happens to have both books, I will give you some alternate choices. The winner will have to SparkMail me an address where I can send the book to.

Have fun and start eating those SUPERFOODS!

Why am I doing this? Because I need you guys and this team to keep my accountable to my own program. If I do this for you, that you do so much more for me by making me check in DAILY and see and/or chart where everyone is at in their challenge.

My goal is to have a fun, healthy, place to relax, team!!!

PS I'm not really into proof-reading even though I am a secretary. LOL! So I apologize in advance for several spelling errors on my posts. It's all about progress, not perfection. Enjoy!
