Trying to start a new challenge for everyone here. It's a new year 2012 I would like to reintroduce everyone to the super foods. Every week starting on sundays I am going to introduce or reintroduce a super food. As a challenge to everyone see if you can incorporate that food in your families meal plan somewhere in the week. I will post some recipes to get you started and you are always free to join in on discussing the foods, recipes and if you ever have any information to add, recipes ect.
