I totally detoxed my body lol by not eating sugar and satuarated fat, only detox I know that gives the results I got and you can nurse a baby with and give better quality milk with..
Detoxing the body takes more than just a quick quack cure! It has taken me 4 nearly 5 years to get what I have down to a art loving it.. If I had done the change while breast feeding my sons, my milk won't have dried up days efter having my sons eating correctly gives more milk and some of the other women whom ate healthy (I watch this sort of thing) in the ward I was in where wet nurse mothers for moms with no milk, they products double so much milk. My youngest had to have special milk formula because he didn't get enough to eat in the womb, he stopped growing suddenly and was only the body weight of his big brother...

I don't know anything about detoxing, but most everything on the websites I checked say no. This is the common theme:
"Also, remember to never detoxify while nursing. Detoxification could dump those stored toxins directly into the blood stream and in contact with breast milk."

I did find one site that says it's OK. Dr. Janet Starr Hull says:
Detox & Breastfeeding
Q - Could you let me know if it safe to detox while breastfeeding. I think I already know the answer is no, but could you reinforce my thoughts about this issue. Thanks.

A - Good question. Actually, the answer is yes. It serves as a detox for the baby (some of mom's toxins may have been passed to the baby during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding). It is safe under normal circumstances because the Detox nutrients are all natural and found in natural foods every mom should eat. The catch: how toxic is mom, and what toxins will move through the milk into the baby.

So, the detox itself is safe and will detox the baby, but if mom's toxins are high, they will move through the baby too.

Even that one that says it's OK, it does say the toxins will travel through the breast milk and through the baby. Personally that would scare me and I'd wait until after the baby is weaned.

Have you detoxed before? I really don't know anything about it and would like to know more.
