I first read Super Foods Diet by Dr. Pratt, getting the book from my local library. I started that diet for a while then got off over Christmas. I have since started the diet again, and have just joined Spark People and this group. You referred to Dr. Pratt's other 2 books. I've bought the SF Rx Diet, Super Foods (Paperback first print 2004), and SF Health Style. I keep the pb in my purse for reference. Are these the 3 books or does he have something else? Health Style, I'm still reading, but I have read the 'diet' book. I think I've joined the topic. I've done to much on this site since joining 4 days ago, I'm lost!

They have alot of diet books on there too. You can even put a book, such as Superfoods Rx Diet, on your wish list and you will be emailed when it is available for you to order. Check it out! It's pretty cool.
I am challenging everyone to read Dr. Pratt's new book, "Superfoods Rx Diet." I have read his first two books and loved them. This book incorporates all of the superfoods while showing you how to create a meal plan that will help you lose weight. Remember, you can gain weight by eating too much of any superfood (like olive oil!) Portions count!
