It would be a great idea for us to each offer mini meal suggestions which incorporate some of our favorite "Superfoods". They can be for anytime during the day, for example, lunch time or mid-day. One of my favorites: 2 T.hummus with jarred roasted red peppers and a "stacker" pickle slice with shredded lettuce in one half of a multi-grain pita with 4 oz. grape juice could be one "mini-meal". Each meal should be approximately 250 calories. What do you think?
