Anything with berries at the end, for example strawberries,blackberries,blueberries,cran berries,raspberries you cant afford fresh all the time,I'm sure frozen is fine as long as their is no added sugar.
I know green tea is good for energy and staying awake. One thing that may seem weird is water. I notice that if I'm tired and I drink a lot of water (20)oz., it makes me more alert. Squeeze lemons in it too.
