My goal for the day is make healthy food choices. This is so hard to do at work with the food choices they offer. I work at a casino and we have a mini buffet in our break room with food that is fried or sitting in grease! Even the cooked veggies they soak in butter! So, I need to stick to the salad and fruit bar. Also eating dinner before I go to work helps me stay away from all that terrible food!
Today, I am being gentle with myself. I have a migraine coming on. I've tried napping it away and taking pain meds but it seems determined to get here. Thankfully beforehand I swept the floors and got some housework done.
My goal for the day is to consume healthy foods, no junk.
It is my intention to consume foods that will help me by feeding my body with fuel that is good for me and not detrimental, food that helps propel me towards my overall goal of good health and well being.
