I want to reach 167 by September 30. That 5 pounds in six weeks. I can do it!
I want to exercise three days a week and not go on binges.
I just reached a goal so I want to maintain it

A FRESH START
Renewing my goals-- Walk 30 min each day-- Reduce portions-- Drink 8 glasses water
Keep in mind the Serenity Prayer for daily life!

Rejoice in each new day; it is a gift!
In no particular order
1) Daily Devotion
2) No more excuses...keep my promises
3) Lose at least 4 pounds
4) Workout at least 5 days a week
5) Enjoy life more...laugh more, more patience, more fun, just let go more, stressing less...live feeling blessed
"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone"
1) make my daily nutrition goals, I undereat too often
2) get in physical activity even when the weather is dull & dreary & don't want to
3) lose the next 5lbs
"Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday".

Katetk, I’m so glad you reactivated this thread. I like that I have a few teams where all the goals meld quite nicely together:
1) Joyce Meyer Ministries Team Goals,
Watch Joyce Meyer’s daily television ministry broadcast. If I miss it on television, I catch up on her podcasts or internet broadcast at joycemeyer.org. She’s so captivating that I often catch her broadcast a second or third time while I’m on the Internet.
Read a few devotions weekly from her book:”Starting Your Day Right” and “Ending Your Day Right” (2006)
I’m a little outside my healthy BMI range, so I hope to be under a 25 BMI by the end of February 2013.
2) I have my regular goals posted on my SparkPage that will remain my season 8-week challenge goals that will begin later this month with the “Winter 5% Challenge” Team. These goals will up my fitness minutes average that I’ve posted with my “Christians with 100 Pounds to Lose” Team, as I so love to reach the rather exotic cities that these fitness minutes get my Teddy Bear Team:
FAITH: Spend 15 minutes daily in the study of God’s word, knit two prayer shawls or lap robes, and honor God by making faith an active verb.
FAMILY and FRIENDS: Spend quality time (be present) with family and friends weekly. Listen better. Contribute heartily to the weekly healthy living challenges (daily participation within very good numbers).
FOOD: Daily: Track, eat six or more freggies, drink 12+ waters, meet 4-7 recommend levels of: calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, calcium, and sodium.
FITNESS: Track and average 60+ minutes daily. Sleep 7-9 hrs a night six days a week.
FUN: Do something fun at least three times weekly.
Keep listening to Joyce Meyer books to get religion into my day.
To be guided by Christian beliefs and be what God wants me to be.
To get over my current bout with bronchitus and then loose 4 lbs in next 8 weeks.
To continue to be loving and non-selfish to everyone I meet.
It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!

Pray and read my bible daily
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies daily
Do some form of exercise each day (cardio or strength-training)
Use the Nutrition Tracker daily

How do you eat an elephant - one bite at a time. That is how I want you to look at this Renewal period - Small, Measurable, Doable goals for 8 weeks.
I will start for all:
Daily Prayer and Meditation
Follow my hour exercise program on DVD
Eat and drink my freggies (fruit and veggies)
Blog daily for accountability - even if it is just listing what I did.
Reduce Blood Sugar Readings so that I am between 85-105.
