I have a personal superfoods challenge of eating 6 per day. Just wondering what superfoods everyone has had so far today.
I've had three...oatmeal with blueberries and a cup of green tea. Halfway there! :) I'm also planning on having an apple for a snack later, plus a salad with avocados and tomatoes, and some pasta with spinach for dinner.
It would interesting to read how others are incorporating these foods into their day. And do you use any great recipes that call for multiple superfoods? I'm always trying to get the most bang for my superfoods buck! ;-)
