I have never been into sports or working out. I am trying to get my 10,000 steps daily. I thought it would be fun to add a dance class 1-2 weekly to my program. There is a Belly Dance Studio @ 2629 E Broadway. Belly dancing is very good for your core. I am going to take a class, soon. The trouble is I am busy with other thing in life, it gets pushed back on my list. If I made a commitment with a SP friend, I know I would get there.
